On April 6, 2016, the CBP-NTEU OFO Labor-Management Relations Forum will be meeting to discuss issues specific to OFO. Regarding the below matters, NTEU has put the first five items on the agenda followed by CBP’s agenda items. The last agenda item, the Deep Dive Leadership Training Project, is a joint agenda item.

DFO’s and Port Directors removing themselves from the grievance procedure;
CBP Technician Upgrades;
Requiring Officers to remove their firearms during investigatory interviews;
Messaging the reduction of DUIs/DWIs and Domestic Violence;
Employee Mobility Assistance Program;
Deep Dive Leadership Training Project
NTEU NAtional President Tony Reardon has decided to rotate the selection of chapter presidents to join him in representing NTEU at the OFO Forum. For the April 6, 2016 meeting the following chapters will be in attendance: Chapter 105;Chapter 141; Chapter 142; Chapter 172; and Chapter 177.
