COVID-19 Testing Sites

▪ South Dade Government Center


Address: 10710 SW 211th St. in Cutler Bay.


Anyone wishing to be tested must make an appointment by calling (305) 499-8767.

The site will be testing anyone over 18 years old who shows symptoms.




▪ Loren Roberts Park


Address: 627 NW 6th Ave., Florida City, Florida


Testing Hours: every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 1pm. (No need to call first for this testing location and no appointment necessary).

Those who are able to get tested must have recently traveled to a high-risk country or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. Patients may also be experiencing a fever, cough or shortness of breath.




▪ Martin Luther King Jr. /Clinica Campesina Health Center


Address: 810 W. Mowry Dr. in Homestead, FL


Testing Hours: on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm starting April 13th. (No need  to call first for this testing location and no appointment necessary).




▪ Miami-Dade Fairgrounds, FIU


Address: located at Southwest 107th Avenue and 17th Street


Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week- by appointment only



▪ Marlins Park

Address: 501 Marlins Way, Miami

Testing Hours: By appointment only

Who can be tested?
People 65 and older with possible COVID-19 symptoms. To make an appointment, call 305-499-8767.


▪ Charles Hadley Park


Address: 1350 Northwest 50th Street


Testing Hours: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Testing is by appointment only. 

The site is open to those 18 and older. To schedule an appointment, you must call 305-960-5050. 




▪ City of Miami Beach’s municipal parking lot


Address: 4621 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach


Testing Hours: open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every daily, Closed on Saturdays.

Testing will be available to patients who have been pre-screened and have scheduled an appointment in advance.

▪ Larkin Community Hospital 

       Charges $150 per test

Larkin is prioritizing testing for first responders and healthcare providers.


▪ Amelia Earhart Park


Address: 401 E 65th St. Hialeah, FL


Testing Hours: Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by appointment only.

Testing will be available for those who are 65 or older and are experiencing symptoms. 




▪ Hard Rock Stadium

Address: 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens

Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily


Who can be tested?
Patients must be symptomatic and older than age 65. Healthcare workers and first responders are also eligible. Appointments can be made by calling the county hotline at 305-499-8767. Be Prepared to show ID.

Testing for Home Bound Miami residents


The city of Miami Fire-Rescue is offering free, in-home COVID-19 testing for homebound local seniors, age 65 and above, who experiencing symptoms and don't have access to transportation. If you know someone who fits the criteria, please direct them to call 305 960-5050 to make an appointment.




▪ Broward Health

The address of the Pompano Beach test site will be disclosed to those who make an appointment.

Testing Hours: By appointment only

Who can be tested?
Patients must receive a written prescription from a physician and then call 954-320-5730 (open 7 am. to 7 p.m.) to register for a test. Those who qualify will then have to show a photo ID, the written prescription and the registration confirmation number once they arrive at the site.



▪ Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium (Broward Health)


Address: 3700 NW 11th PL, Lauderhill, FL

For testing: patients must pre-register and have a written script from a physician to schedule an appointment.

▪ C.B. Smith Park (Florida National Guard partnering with Memorial Healthcare System)

Address: 900 N. Flamingo Rd., Pembroke Pines

Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, By appointment only Call 954-276-4680 between 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Who can be tested?
Patients must be showing symptoms of COVID-19 and fall into one of three categories: healthcare workers and

first responders, seniors aged 65 or older, and people who recently traveled abroad. Be prepared to show I.D.



▪ Cleveland Clinic Florida

Who can be tested?
Monroe County residents who are feeling COVID-19 symptoms and have made an appointment by calling 305-252-4820.



▪ The CHI Marathon Health Center

Testing Hours: Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., by appointment only.  

Must be a resident of Monroe County and meet testing criteria.

Testing Hours: by appointment only.

Call 561-642-1000 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for a pre-screening interview and to set up an appointment. Results should be available in 48 to 72 hours.
