DADE COUNTY

CUTLER BAY

▪ South Dade Government Center

Testing Hours: 7 days a week by appointment only

Please call (305) 499-8767. The call center will open from 9 a.m. until all appointment slots for the next day have been filled.

Who can be tested:

The site will be testing anyone over 18 years old who shows symptoms. Only one additional passenger is allowed in the vehicle; both the driver and passenger will be tested.

FLORIDA CITY

▪ Loren Roberts Park

Address: 627 NW 6th Ave., Florida City, Florida

Testing Hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 1pm. (No call or appointment necessary).

Those who are able to get tested must have recently traveled to a high-risk country or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19. Patients may also be experiencing a fever, cough or shortness of breath. This site recommends getting there early; bring ID and insurance info. No age limit.

▪ Florida City

Testing Hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Individuals of any age (with parent) who have symptoms can get tested.

HOMESTEAD

▪ Martin Luther King Jr. /Clinica Campesina Health Center

Address: 810 W. Mowry Dr. in Homestead, FL

Testing Hours: Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 1pm (No call or appointment required).

This site is testing individuals who have recently traveled to any of the high-risk countries or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19.

Individuals experiencing the following symptoms: fever, cough or shortness of breath.

The site recommends getting there early; bring ID and insurance info. No age limit.

MIAMI

▪ Miami-Dade County Youth Fairgrounds, FIU

Address: 10901 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33165

Enter by Southwest 107th Avenue at Southwest 20th Street

Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week- by appointment only, Call 305-499-8767

The call center will open from 9 a.m. until all appointment slots for the next day have been filled.

Who can be tested: Individuals 18 years of age and older who have COVID-19 symptoms. Only one additional passenger is allowed in the vehicle.

Both the driver and passenger will be tested.

▪ City of Coral Gables Residents

The City of Coral Gables offers free COVID-19 testing for residents who fit the criteria, in order of the following priority: 1. Coral Gables senior resident (age 65+) with symptoms or with underlying medical conditions. 2. Coral Gables resident under the age of 65 with symptoms or with underlying medical conditions. 3. Residents who do not meet any of the above categories and are requesting a COVID-19 test. There are a limited number of tests available per day. Appointments will be given based on priority. Residents will be contacted with their appointment date, time and location.

Coral Gables residents must complete the online testing application at www.coralgables.com/covidtesting. If the resident needs help filling out the application, they may call the City of Coral Gables Senior Resident & Testing Hotline at 305-460-5401.

▪ Marlins Park Address: 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL Testing Hours: By appointment only, call 305-499-8767 after 9 a.m. The call center will open from 9 a.m. until all appointment slots for the next day have been filled.

Who can be tested: Individuals 18 years of age and older who have COVID-19 symptoms can get tested.

Individuals who believe they have been in close contact with someone who has test positive for COVID-19,

even if they are not currently experiencing symptoms.

Only one additional passenger is allowed in the vehicle. Both the driver and passenger will be tested.

▪ Charles Hadley Park

Address: 1350 Northwest 50th Street, Miami, FL

Testing Hours: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Testing is by appointment only.

The site is open to those 18 and older. To schedule an appointment, you must call 305-960-5050.

Walmart – Northwest Miami-Dade (Drive-Thru Testing)

Address: 3200 NW 79th Street, Miami, FL 33147

Testing hours: Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., weather permitting

An appointment must be made through Quest Diagnostics’ online portal or application, which screens and schedules appointments for people who meet medical eligibility requirements.

Testing requirements:

  • Miami-Dade County residents who have COVID-19 symptoms can get tested

  • All health care providers and fire responders can get tested

  • Those being tested must wear a mask and stay in their cars for verification of eligibility criteria, ID check and the self-administered test

MIAMI BEACH

▪ City of Miami Beach’s municipal parking lot

Address: 4621 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

Testing Hours: open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every daily, Closed on Saturdays.

You must be pre-approved by a doctor and make an appointment by calling 305-735-3909. There is no age limit.

Individuals may also pre-register at http://medriteurgentcare.com/COVID/. Please review the site's Billing and Payment Policy at that link.

▪ City of Miami Beach Residents -Homebound Testing

Miami Beach residents over the age of 65 who are experiencing symptoms but are homebound may request a COVID-19 test to be performed at their home.

An appointment is required by calling 305-604-2489 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Testing is provided by MedRite with the help of the Miami Beach Fire Department.

▪ Village of Key Biscayne Residents

Residents of Key Biscayne who are ages 65 and older and experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 can call 305-365-8910

for testing information.

Miami Beach Community Health Center

Address: 11645 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33181

Testing Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Appointment required by calling 305-538-8835.

Individuals 18 years of age and older who have symptoms can get tested.

HIALEAH

▪ Amelia Earhart Park

Address: 401 E 65th St. Hialeah, FL

Testing Hours: Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment call 305-268-4319.

Testing will be available for Individuals 18 years of age and older who have COVID-19 symptoms.

NORTH MIAMI

▪ Walgreens North Miami

Address:14901 NE 6th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161

Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7 days a week

Only for individuals 65 or older showing symptoms. You must make an online appointment.

▪North Miami - Holy Family Catholic Church (Walk-In Testing)
Address: 14500 NE 11th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161

Testing Hours: Open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; appointment required by calling 305-499-8767. The appointment line opes at 9 a.m. and will remain open until all appointments for the next day have been filled. This site will take appointments up to 72 hours in advance.

MIAMI GARDENS

▪ Hard Rock Stadium Address: 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL Eat Parking Lot Testing Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; no appointment is needed

Who can be tested?

People of all ages may be tested and do not need to be exhibiting symptoms. Each person who needs testing must be seated next to a working window. All passengers must stay inside vehicles from arrival to departure. There may be significant wait times.

AVENTURA

▪ Banyan Medical Systems

Location: Testing is conducted inside the Aventura Mall north parking garage from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

First responders and those over the age of 65 receive priority appointments before members of the general public. Appointments are required and can be set up at https://www.covidaventura.com/

Testing for Home Bound Miami residents

Senior citizens and individuals over the age of 18 with disabilities who are experiencing symptoms but are homebound may call to request a COVID-19 test to be performed at their home by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue staff.

You must first make an appointment by calling 305-499-8767 starting at 9 a.m., seven days a week. The appointment line remains open until all appointments have been issued.

The program is countywide except for the City of Miami, which has its own Home Testing Program. Call 305-960-5050 for City of Miami home testing.

BROWARD COUNTY

▪ Broward Health (Festival Marketplace)

Address: 2900 W. Sample Road, Pompano Beach, FL

Testing Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, by appointment only.

Patients must be pre-screened and meet CDC and DOH testing guidelines, preregistered for an appointment through the Broward Health call center at 954-320-5730. If you do not have a primary care physician and need help, call 954-320-5730 to speak with a nurse. Walkups not allowed.

▪ Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium (Broward Health)

Address: 3700 NW 11th PL, Lauderhill, FL

For testing: You must pre-register and have a written script from a physician to schedule an appointment.

To pre-register, call the Broward Health line at (954) 320-5730.

▪ C.B. Smith Park (Florida National Guard partnering with Memorial Healthcare System) Address: 900 N. Flamingo Rd., Pembroke Pines

Anyone 18 years and older, first responders and healthcare workers, whether they are experiencing symptoms or not, can now get tested at the site.

Re-testing will be available for those who have previously tested positive for COVID-19. These patients must wait at least 14 days from their initial positive test to get re-tested.

Those who would like to get tested can pre-register by calling 954-276-4680 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Officials said if multiple individuals are coming to the site in one vehicle, every individual must be pre-registered.

Testing Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM, by appointment only

Testing is available to anyone over the age of 18 with or without COVID-19 symptoms. Call 1-800-209-7919 to schedule an appointment.

Proper ID is required with name, date of birth, and photo. Face covering required. No walk ups.

▪ Mitchell Moore Park (Walk-Up)

Address: 901 NW 10th Street, Pompano Beach

Testing hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (every day except Thursday)

No car is required. People experiencing symptoms should call 954-412-7300 for an appointment prior to visiting. Please be sure to wear a face covering when arriving for testing. Site is operated by the Florida Department of Health in Broward County.

▪Urban League of Broward County (Walk-Up)

Address: 560 NW 27th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Testing Hours: 9AM - 6 PM (Tuesday - Saturday)

Walk-up only. Appointments are preferred. People experiencing symptoms of COVD-19 should call 954-412-7300 for an appointment. Please be sure to wear a face covering when arriving for testing. Site is operated by the Florida Department of Health in Broward County and the Urban League.

MONROE COUNTY

▪ Marathon Community Park Address: 200 City Marina Testing Hours: By appointment only

Who can be tested? Monroe County residents who are feeling COVID-19 symptoms and have made an appointment by calling 305-252-4820.

▪ The CHI Marathon Health Center

Address: 2805 Overseas Highway in Marathon, FL

Testing Hours: Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., by appointment only.

Must be a resident of Monroe County and meet testing criteria.

PALM BEACH COUNTY

▪ South County Civic Center

Testing is done by appointment only and is only available for eligible residents.

To be screened for an appointment, call 561-804-0250 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A health care official will ask you about your symptoms, whether you've traveled recently, and if you've come in contact with anyone who's been diagnosed with COVID-19.
